Terms of Use 

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before you purchase or use any of Strathgate Software Solutions Inc.’s products. By viewing, accessing, downloading or using any of Strathgate Software Solutions Inc.’s products, including but not limited to beta, released, purchased, leased, or complimentary versions, you accept and agree to the terms and conditions contained herein. 

Changes to Terms of Use 

Strathgate Software Solutions Inc. reserves the right to revise, amend, remove, add to or otherwise update these Terms of Use and other guidelines or rules at any time at our sole discretion. Your continued use of Strathgate Software Solution Inc.'s products following the revised Terms of Use constitutes your acceptance to such changes. You are expected to update yourself frequently so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you. If you breach any of the Terms of Use, your authorization to use the products/services automatically terminates, and any materials downloaded or shared to you in violation of the Terms of Use must be immediately destroyed. 

Product Updates and Revisions 

In an effort to enhance and improve its products, Strathgate Software Solutions Inc. may at its sole discretion, with or without notice, update and/or modify its products. You agree to update yourself and to use due diligence prior to each use to validate whether Strathgate Software Solutions Inc.’s products will continue to satisfy your particular requirements. 

No Individual Investment Advice 

Strathgate Software Solutions Inc. is not a licensed or registered securities dealer or adviser in any jurisdiction. The Strathgate Software Solution Inc.'s products, opinions, research, analysis, or other information contained therein, are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute investment advice. Strathgate Software Solution Inc. does not provide individual or customized legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice and you should not construe any information provided by Strathgate Software Solutions Inc. as such advice. Since

each individual's situation is unique, a qualified professional should be consulted before making

financial decisions. You acknowledge that you enter into any transactions relying on your own

Investment Risk Disclosure

loss or part or all of your principal. If you are trading futures, there is a chance that your account

can go negative, and that you will end up owing money to your broker. Past investment

Strathgate Software Solutions Inc. does not make any guarantee or other promise as to any results that may be obtained from using our products. By viewing, accessing, using, or adding Strathgate Software Solutions Inc.’s products, in any way, you acknowledge the risks involved in trading stocks, bonds, exchange traded funds, mutual funds, futures, options, currency markets and money market funds and that you, not Strathgate Software Solutions Inc., are solely responsible for any losses, financial or otherwise, as a result of using our products to the maximum extent permitted by law, Strathgate Software Solutions Inc. disclaims any

recommendations prove to be inaccurate, incomplete or unreliable, or result in any investment

or other losses.

No Representation 

No representation is being made that the use of this strategy or any system or trading

methodology will generate profits. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future

results. There is substantial risk of loss associated with trading securities and options on

Intellectual Property Rights 

Strathgate Software Solutions Inc.’s entire contents, features and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, display and arrangement thereof), are owned by Strathgate Software Solutions Inc. and are protected by U.S., Canadian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. These Terms of Use permit you to use Strathgate Software Solution Inc.'s products for your personal, noncommercial use only. Strathgate Software Solutions Inc.’s products may not

be used in connection with any commercial endeavors without express written consent from 

Strathgate Software Solution Inc.. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, share, transfer or transmit any of the material including but not limited to training videos, training documentation, software, and trading algorithms or indicators provided by Strathgate Software Solutions Inc..

Disclaimer of Warranties

You understand that we cannot and do not guarantee or warrant that files available for

downloading from the internet or Strathgate Software Solutions Inc. will be free of viruses or other destructive code. You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and checkpoints to satisfy your particular requirements for anti-virus protection and accuracy of data input and output, and for maintaining a means for any reconstruction of any lost data. We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of Strathgate Software Solutions Inc. services or any materials, goods, information, services, or items obtained through Strathgate Software Solutions Inc. or to your downloading of any material posted by Strathgate Software Solutions Inc..

Your use of products, content and any materials, goods, information, services, or items obtained

through Strathgate Software Solutions Inc. is at your own risk, as they are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Without limiting the foregoing, neither Strathgate Software Solutions Inc. nor any person associated with Strathgate Software Solutions Inc. makes any warranty or representation that:

(i) Strathgate Software Solutions Inc.’s educational classes or products will meet your requirements;

(ii) Strathgate Software Solutions Inc.’s classes and products will be uninterrupted, accurate, timely, reliable, secure, or error-free;

(iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of Strathgate Software Solutions Inc.’s products will be effective, accurate, or reliable;

(iv) the quality of any materials, goods, information, services, or items obtained by or accessible

to you through Strathgate Software Solutions Inc. will meet your expectations; and

(v) any errors or defects in Strathgate Software Solutions Inc.’s products will be corrected; or are free from viruses or other harmful components.

The foregoing does not affect any warranties which cannot be excluded or limited under

applicable law.

Limitation of Liability 

In no event will Strathgate Software Solutions Inc., its subsidiaries or affiliates or its or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, directors, owners or members be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use Strathgate Software Solutions Inc.’s products or services, unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, any information that is sent or received or not sent or received, any failure to store or loss of data, files, or other content, or any services available that are delayed or interrupted including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to, personal injury, pain and suffering, emotional distress, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business or anticipated savings, loss of use, loss of goodwill, loss of data, and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise, even if foreseeable. The foregoing does not affect any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You undertake and agree not to make any legal, regulatory, or arbitration claim or take any

legal, regulatory, or arbitration proceedings against Strathgate Software Solutions Inc., its subsidiaries or affiliates or its or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, directors, owners or members under the provisions of any statute or otherwise, with respect to any of the matters to which these Terms of Use apply. If you commence any legal, regulatory, or arbitration proceedings involving any claims against Strathgate Software Solutions Inc., its subsidiaries or affiliates or its or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, directors, owners or members relating to the matters to which these Terms of Use apply, you acknowledge that these Terms may be raised as an estoppel to any such claims in the proceedings.

Indemnification 

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Strathgate Software Solutions Inc., its subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors and service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Use, including but not limited to any use of the content contained within Strathgate Software Solutions Inc.’s services and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms of Use or your use of any information obtained from Strathgate Software Solution Inc.. 

Tradingview Account 

The indicators covered by these Terms of Use are designed specifically for and will only work

with Tradingview (www.tradingview.com). They will be tied to your Tradingview username and

are meant for your use only. Sharing them though any means without express written consent

is prohibited and a violation of this agreement. It is your responsibility to purchase and maintain

a Tradingview account as Strathgate Software Solutions Inc. does not provide one for you.

Payments and Transferability 

Strathgate Software Solutions Inc.’s educational programs and indicator tools for Tradingview are non-transferable and non-refundable. 

Acceptance of this agreement 

By using any of Strathgate Software Solutions Inc’s products, you agree that you are at least the age of majority in your country or state of residence. You have read and understood the above Terms of Use. You have sought appropriate legal advice on anything that you did not understand prior to using products from Strathgate Software Solutions Inc. You also understand that you cannot hold Strathgate Software Solutions Inc. liable for any losses you incur as a result of using its products.
